My old doctor told me I should be eating 6 meals a day. 3 main course meals and 3 snack meals during the day. Do you think this is the right way to eat? Or should I cut it down to just the traditional 3 meals? or even less? Maybe two meals a day, or even one?
From what I heard is that eating more often in fewer portions is better than eating bigger portions but less frequent. But I don’t have M.D. designation.
