Diets can be a pain to deal with, and some can work, while others just don’t. What diets have worked for you? Years ago the atkins diet worked pretty well for me. I was down to a manageable weight because of it, but sadly at some point, the weight stopped falling, and the atkins diet stopped working at that point for me.
Other than that, I started to count calories and limit my intake of carbs, and that helped me lose more weight.
